#1 One of the Greatest Player to never won the MVP

He's one of the greatest player ever play in PBA but unlucky/questionably never won the MVP, others will be like Asaytono, Lastimosa and Aquino.

[ 5 Non-MVP in the 40 Greatest Players ]

He has 5x Finals MVP in just 3years with a 3x straight Finals MVPs from 2000 to 2001.
Unfortunately, all of those big time awards and domination did not let him win the MVP and it's always Danny Ildefonso his partner on court got twice.

One probable reason is, he never gets the majority media votes, most juror gives more favor to pure-locals and also during his dominance, the Government were hot on Fil-Foreigners. However, disregards the politics,  by stats and numbers, by all basketball fans,..  he's diffidently deserves the recognition.
His bucket of achievements can not lie on how good and how he deserves all the BEST recognition that PBA can give
