San Beda wins their 5th streak or should we say 5peat in 2014 NCAA Finals after beating the new comers Arellano Chiefs. I don't know much about the San Beda or anything about the NCAA because I didn't go to any of their school but it intrigues me to do some little research about their players who played in PBA. I notice most of their players after the Loyzaga Brothers and those few 90's players, they didn't produce enough alumnus to get into PBA's stardome. Is it because the UAAP players are getting better opportunity vs the NCAA players? well that will be another topic I'll dive into next time.

#10 Yousif Aljamal

PBA Teams : Talk 'N Text ,Barako Bull Energy Boosters,Sta. Lucia Realtors,,Meralco Bolts,GlobalPort Batang Pier

Yousif won the 82nd MVP in NCAA Finals  and then in 2007 he got 1st - 8th draft picked by Air21. He's still active in Globaport but very rare to see in action.

#9 Merwin Castelo

PBA Teams : Alaska Aces, Barangay Ginebra, purefoods

Merwin was famous gunner in Alaska specially in their grandslam conquest. He's most of the time play off the bench and makes some quality minutes.

 #8 Frankie Lim

PBA Teams :  San Miguel , Alaska

#7 Norman Gonzales

PBA Teams :  Talk 'N Text Phone Pals, Sta. Lucia Realtors, Powerade Tigers,,San Miguel Beermen,Blackwater Elite

Norman started his career in MBA in Pampanga dragons as center/PF because during those time the PBA teams were addicted to hire Fil-Foreigners rather pure pinoys. Norman got picked by Mobiline (TNT) then later became a voyager. He got his best career in Sta.Lucia as a sub for Dennis Espino he also got his championship before the team departed.

#6 Boybits Victoria

PBA Teams : swift , popcola,  San Miguel

We won the rookie of the year in 1994 and been part of the Sunkist super team that wins 2 streak wins over its rival Alaska. Boybits has amazing hands at 3s and luckily tandem with great players like Menezes and Duress.

#5 Elmer Reyes

PBA teams:  Sarsi , Purefoods,San Miguel Beermen

Part of the SanMig Beermen grandslam in 1989, he's one of the key players to get the beermens championships. Elmer was known for his drive and slash specially his orthodox finger rolls.

#4 Joey Loyzaga

PBA Teams :  Magnolia, Swift, Shell, Ginebra San Miguel and Alaska.

Joey has the same hereditary with his brother Chito but he's more on offensive player. The Loyzaga Brother became people's favorite because the chemistry they had in the court. They're the original true blood brothers that connects each other. After the decided to trade him, he became a voyager until he retires in PBA.

#3 Alberto Reynoso

- Toyota Comets / Mariwasa Honda

#2 Abe King

Toyota, Gold Eagle, Great Taste, Purefoods

#1 Chito Loyzaga

PBA TEAMS : YCO-Tanduay, Toyota,Great Taste, Ginebra San Miguel

Who won't forget Chito's historical game with Ginebra? Chito in his prime is very versatile and great defender player. He can defend big guards to bulky imports, from here he won 7Defensive Players. He's been part of Ginebra's couple championship as one of the key players

special mention::

 Carlos "Caloy" Loyzaga

The father of Chito and Joey Loyzaga, He didn't play the PBA but he contributed a lot in the Philippines basketball just like Alberto Reynoso
